Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you full command over your email mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the email mailbox you would like to redirect mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
